Summary: The first time they tried a surprise party for Barnaby was a disaster, but why should they let that keep them from trying again?
Notes: Set during (or right at the end of) the episode 14 timeskip - it's October of 1978. Think Hsien-ko from Darkstalkers for Pao-lin's costume. Ivan certainly was when he came up with the idea for her.
